My boyfriend and I are trying for our first baby together. Yes I said boyfriend. We've been trying for 6 months now and we've been unsuccessful in the conception department. We used an ovulation monitor and to see when we ovulate and we had sex on them days but two weeks later, like I said, I have my period. Do I have an anxiety (or any other kind of) disorder?

I think I might have an anxiety disorder. Ive had depression before and I'm very mildly bi-polar. Sometimes I get images in my head of my family or friends dying. I get these dreams of my brother or parents dying from things like poison or falling off of the balcony. I'm not worried about myself dying though, just them. I also have this thing where if I touch one of my fingers a certain way, I have to do the same to the rest of them. Sometimes I get this weird feeling that I cant explain and I feel like I have to bend my arms, wrists, and back to make it go away. I get really depressed often over random things, and sometimes I want to feel depressed. I cant explain any of these feelings. I get angry really easy. Things like the tone of a persons voice(not necessarily an angry tone, mostly just this voice my brother makes when we are talking about something sensitive) makes me angry and I feel like I want to kill him or myself. I cant help it. I'm only 15 and this has been going on most of my life. When I was younger, I used to cry myself to sleep and I wanted to kill myself( I dont know why).Is this normal teen angst or something? My old therapist said I should take some medications for my "anxiety". I don't feel un-normal and I don't think medicines will make me feel any different. Sometimes I want to be on all kinds of medications because it will make it seem like something is wrong with me; like I'm different or something. I'm not into drugs, so dont get the wrong idea. I dont think I'm attention starved; my parents are more involved in my life than most parents. There is other stuff, but I cant really explain it, or write it. Does it sound like I have some disorder or something? Is there a way I can show my parents without having to actually say it? Thank you.

I have a kitten that I adopted and she keeps trying to run outside. She is living with my parents until I can move into my new apartment. My mom lets our older two cats outside so she tries to join. Ok I typed out diamond and the rough AND lyrics and none of the songs that came up were the one I'm trying to find, but I heard it yesterday on my way to the doctor but didn't have a pen and after waiting to be seen then talking with my doctor during the visit, I forgot the other lyrics I had been trying to remember so I could find the song later. The only thing that stood out that I was able to recall was "diamond in the rough" because that's an actual saying, so does this ring a bell with anyone? Dell Laptop; reinstalling windows 7?

I have a Dell laptop and have been trying to restore it. When I used the disk that came with my laptop, the stage 2 of installation froze up and wouldn't proceed further leaving me with no choice but to turn off my system. Since having done that, every time I turn my system on it says that I have to restart because of shutdown error or unsuccessful installation, and start from scratch. I have restarted my computer many times and I keep getting the same window. I have even tried safe mode and it just says that I can't install an os through safe mode. I am out of ideas and really don't want to have to take my machine to a shop.

What can I put in a 10 gallon tank with a single veiltail betta?

I have been keeping betta fish for the last 6 years. The first I had for 5 years. My boyfriend won him on the boardwalk and it had this little itty bitty bowl which was terrible. So I moved him to a full sized fish bowl, which still was not nice since there was no filtration. Finally, I got him a filtered 1 gallon tank. After he died, I got a new one, but only had him for about 2-3 months and he passed away even though the tank was normal. I now have my third which I have had since October 2010. He's very healthy, and very swimmy, but my tank has a crack that in three weeks went from 1/2 inch to about 4 inches now. Obviously I need a new tank. I would like to upgrade him to a 10 gallong tank, but that's a lot of room for a single veiltail. I want a colorful tank to match his beautiful colors. I have done a lot of research, but the problem is that it never matched. There is always so much conflicting information that I can't get a straight answer. He is very docile and doesn't even attack his reflection. He's never really flared his fins in aggression either. I have heard dwarf gouramis are peaceful, but then I have also heard that they are aggressive nippers. I accidentally uninstalled my Radeon HD 4xxx driver, how do I reinstall it?

I uninstalled my video card driver and it changed my resolution and when I tried to install the latest driver for windows 7 64bit it didnt do anything. And now when I go to device manager it says "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". I also tried system restore at several restore points and it said it was unsuccessful and said it was probably anti-virus software, so i disabled panda anti-virus and spybot S&D the only such programs on my computer and it still didnt work. I have tried using the Catalyst Install Manager and it just does not change from Standard VGA Graphics Driver back to Radeon HD 4xxx ( I dont remember what it was, I thought it was 4250) and my screen resolution is messed up still. Also I cannot run programs I usually do. Thanks for your help.

The Sims Medieval - blue screen of death!?

My computer is more then capable of handling the game. I've tried a re-install, I've tried lower settings, I've tried with and without the patch and I can't figure it out. This time I would binge eat, wait a couple of hours, and purge whatever was left in my stomach. Sometimes I didn't purge at all after consuming AT LEAST 5,000 calories. Obviously I gained weight rapidly, and I maintained a weight of 138-140 as I continued purging. As of March this year, I haven't purged AT ALL, and my body is now used to food again. For a while, the binge eating remained, but now it's calming down and I can eat a healthy 1,200 calories without feeling deprived. I gained all of my weight and then some and I now weigh 159, more than I did before. I was wondering, will my metabolism get back to normal? Purging was the worst chapter of my life, so i am trying to lose weight the healthy way now. However, I am still in "starvation mode", so I am unsuccessful as of right now. If I continue my new healthy lifestyle, will I be able to get my metabolism back up?

As part of a university skills project, I am preparing a research proposal that should analyse drinking behaviour in a UK youth organisation (14-25 year-olds) by comparing it to the overall teenage drinking behaviour in the country (yet in the same age group). There are data available for the latter, yet it is not clear from the NHS report what particular data belong to the age I am considering. I am struggling to decide (calculate) an appropriate sample size for both of the groups. There are millions of 14-25 year old people in the UK and the organisation has more than 270,000 members. My boyfriend has an associate's degree in music and he wants to go into instrument repair, which I think is a dead end. I've told him this on many occasions and I have suggested continuing his degree and pursuing a career in music education, but he still is intent on going into repair. He either would need to learn on the job or go to a trade school. There are only six trade schools in the country and none of them are located anywhere near us. I don't think the trade school would help him any more than getting experience on the job would, but I still think he would be very hard-pressed to find success in this field. I've even suggested just taking up instrument repair as a hobby that may come with another, more successful job, but I don't think he's convinced. He knows exactly how I feel, as I have expressed this to him on many occasions, but I'm worried that he won't take my advice. I don't want to stay with him if he goes into instrument repair because I honestly don't think I want to be with someone unsuccessful or see him throw his other talents away by making a poor decision. Is it wrong for me to choose his success over my love for him, or is his success just as or even more important?

My ex boyfriend and I have a 2 year old daughter. Throughout our 3 and a half year relationship my exes mom usually took my daughter about once a week to spend time with her. She really is a great woman and I trust her caring for my daughter. Since my ex and I split about a month ago, she still continues to take my daughter about once a week. I never gave her a problem about this as it is absolutely no problem with me. Recently, I was informed that she had gone to a lawyer and had him write something up to secure her visitation rights with my daughter. Although, she is a great person in the sense of being caring she also is very pushy in getting what she wants. I could see if since my ex and I split I had yet to let her see my daughter but that is not the case at all. Very unique situation? How to tell someone I'm pregnant?

So i am in a very unique situation. I am 18 and i am pregnant. I am not married to my boyfriend or anything, but we are keeping the baby. This isn't necessarily a good thing that I'm pregnant, but its not a bad thing either. We are making the best of it. Soo my question is... i work for a lady as her babysitter mon-fri. We have became very close in the past about six months that i have been working for her. We have a lot of talks about life and my boyfriend and often she serves as a mother figure to me and she will tell me not to have babies young and to get out and live on my own to get experience and just things most mothers say. And just the other day something came up and she said to her daughter "no she's too young to have a baby!" referring to me. Now, I just have to tell her. And I cant figure out how to. New Kitten, Bad Track Record?

Ok. Now, all of you cat lovers, bear with me. I love animals. All animals. But I am a tried and true dog lover. I have two miniature schnauzers, and they are my fur babies. I live in the country, literally in the middle of NOwhere, with my only neighbors being family, and they are few. Naturally, we have mice. I want an outside or an indoor/outdoor cat to help control the mice, and because I was raised in the country, and EVERYBODY had a cat. Outside. It was nice to sit on the porch swing with a kitty in your lap and enjoy a tall glass of iced sweet tea! Anyways, in the past 6 years, I have had 6 cats. Out of the six, 1 stayed. Granted, the grown cats were given to me by people trying to diminish their own populations. But they left. Quick. Like, after 2 days. Half are living at my husband's aunt's house, and the other half at my ex-neighbors (we lost two cats at a location at which we no longer live). Now. I already know what you're going to say. The cat should stay inside. They wouldn't have left if they had been kept inside. True. I understand this. But I have some problems with an inside cat- 1) remember the mini schnauzers? They have never acted aggressively to any other animal, ever. But I already have two animals in my house, and I don't know about adding a third. 2) I have a problem with people who let cats on their dining tables and counters (ew yuck, cat hair in food and itty bitty kitty paws that just were in the litter box on the place where I eat? Gross.). I also enjoy houseplants and the fact that my dogs are non-shedders. I also like the fact that my dogs go potty outside. Where they should. I like to have nice things, breakable things, on shelves. And I want them to stay there. Unbroken. 3) How is the cat going to get to the mice if he's inside?? My husband and I have our house situation controlled as far as the mice are concerned, but our shed? Not so much. I want to have a relationship with my cat. I don't want a cat that isn't going to let me pet or touch it. I want to be able to play with it and love on it. That is why I was thinking an indoor/outdoor cat might be best. So, I guess what I'm wanting are some opinions on this situation, and also, if you are responding positively to the indoor/outdoor thing, what your opinion would be of leaving a window open for the kitty to go and come as it pleases. Sorry this was so long, but I wanted the people that are going to rake me over the coals to understand. Also, know that I already know about getting the proper vaccinations, getting the cat "fixed," flea and tick treatments, so forth and so on. Not my first pet. And I'm a nurse. 8 week old puppy at dog park?

Our park has a post that disallows entry to dogs younger than 6 months. Maybe your park can post something similar? I see the same type of behavior when someone brings a baby like that. Usually it is a younger person who means well but just doesn't realize the risks. I don't think it would have been out of line for you to pull her aside and talk with her, maybe tell her that you know she means well but it really isn't in the pup's best interests. How scared they must be on top of it, with all of the dogs hovering over them and displaying dominant behaviors. It was nice of you to leave but you shouldn't have had to deal with this in the first place. It's so hard when your dog behaves in this normal way and pesters the little thing, or worse, tries to show dominance by getting too pushy. I've had this happen to me too and it's so embarrassing, though not your fault. It sounds like the girl is in over her head, I hope someone in her life can intervene before things get bad...maybe you'll see her again and can befriend her and help her out:)

RAW FEEDERS ONLY PLEASE-Should I give bones to a 16 year old recent raw convert?

My two spayed female cats ate kibble for the first 14 years of their lives, (one is now 15 and one turns 16 in July) and than I guess I grew a brain lol. They now do still have to eat a bit of urinary kibble to prevent UTIs but eat mostly raw organic grass fed red meat and organic free range poultry and have been for about 6 monthes when I switched my puppy. Before that they got a lot of By Nature Organics grain-free canned. They love it and it's improved their health so much just in the six months that it's unbelievable. I'd been giving them commercial Paw Naturaw raw poultry patties (originally bought for the puppy, who refused) and recently started giving them some of the ground beef I had for the puppy (she absolutely will not eat bones so I give organic eggshell powder instead) I had been tearing it into tiny pieces for them under the assumption that if the puppy wouldn't eat it in one piece, neither would they. I was tearing up the pieces for my younger cat Tigger when lo and behold Tabitha didn't want to wait and attacked her portion whole and tore it up all by herself. I ws so proud of her! . Anyways, this leads my to believe she'd have no problem with tearing meat off of bones and possibly even consuming the bones themselves. Tigger still needs hers torn into itty bitty chunks unfortunatly, but I would LOVE to be able to give at least Tabitha raw meaty bones for the dental benefits but don't know if I should-she didn't grow up eating bones at all and I'm afraid she won't properly chew (her teeth aren't bad but not in the best shape) and end up choking. Also, what are the softest. easiest bones to start with? I'm thinking maybe chicken necks? Or maybe even day old chicks if I can find them? 19 years old, am I a loser?

Hello Yahoo Answers. So I just have a simple question to ask all of you, do you think I'm a loser? Here's the low down on myself. I graduated high school last year (2010) and decided to take a year off to save money for college and just relax. However things didn't go as smoothly as I thought they would. You see, first of all this job I work at hasn't been going well. I began working at this place (a movie-theater) just before graduation and since day 1 no one has liked me there. In fact, I seem to be scaring both my co-workers and the customers/guests away on a daily basis. Now I have made an effort to find another job, but I have largely been unsuccessful and thus I'm unhappy to report that I have been scaring my co-workers and other people away for well over a year now. In fact, I think I've developed a sort of social stigma as a lot of people began giving me dirty looks in my community/neighborhood (this movie-theater is just a few blocks away from home. I've also had people yell obscenities at me when I walk down the street). I only work part time and hours fluctuate from nothing to well over 20 per week. I also still live with my parents, but I'm planning on pursuing a 4 year degree starting this fall (hooray 3 months!). I don't get out much and I only see my friends every so often. I also play a lot of video games. I'm currently doing some job hunting on craigslist as that seems to garner better results. I will quit my current job before college starts. Hi! I bought a guinea from a mom and pop pet store that treats their piggies relatively well last Monday. The lady I usually get them from now lives too far away, that's why we went there. Shower curtain that wont stay put. please help!?

We have an itty bitty bathroom. Literally you sit on the toilet and your knees touch the shower. the shower is 3 feet by 2 feet. the curtain hates us. When we are showering the curtain likes to come in at us making our space smaller. the only way to get it to go back down is to open it up and let air out. Need help burning DVD's with Windows Media Player...?

My midwife appointment is tomorrow and she has said she may do a stretch and sweep, if unsuccessful then I will be induced on friday (40w 5d) because I had a car accident at 35 weeks. Also your baby is growing a lot so movements are becoming a little harder for the little one. I was just wondering about this because I don't believe in "soul mates" or anything, so I don't think I could remain in an open relationship with someone because I'd probably fall for other people too easily. I think its pink eye, the corners puffy and hurts but isn't necessarily pink. I know to wash my hands frequently. Your honest opinion: is my weight okay as it is, or would I do better to lose some?

Been worrying about this for a while now. I am 5'4 and my weight is currently fluctuating between 125 and 130. I'm a size 6. I am fairly muscular from working out, and I am in good shape, but there is still a little extra fat in certain places (thighs mostly) and I don't think I look very good, especially compared to the other girls my age who are ~100 pounds and wear itty-bitty tank tops and short shorts. The thing is, I don't know if my perception of my body is accurate or not. People tell me that I'm slim and don't need to lose weight, but I think I'd look much better if I did. (Confession: I also want to look a little bit more like a swimsuit model, because my boyfriend likes that look. lol.) I want to feel tiny and feminine, like 110 pounds. Whatcha think?

What do you think about my writing abilities?

You're better than most people on here. But I'm finding this style of narration quite annoying. The character comes off as an ordinary douchebag - the first thing he does is whinge at us then he disrespects his girlfriend, bores us with the state of his finances, and tells us he's basically got no reason to be so miserable. How do you expect us to care about this guy enough to read more about him? Also, you change tenses - from present to past and back again - and one minute you've got your character talking in a strong, believable (and very distinctive) young male voice, then he goes posh all of a sudden with 'a fairly bright fellow named Thoreau' and 'I heartily agree' - is that your voice slipping in there? Thoreau's pretty well known so unless you were trying to be funny with that line your character is going to sound ignorant acting as if nobody has heard of him. You also need to work on your grammar - 'it's' ALWAYS should mean 'it is', but 'its' means 'belonging to it', the same way 'whose' means 'belonging to whom' and 'who's' means 'who is'. There were some interesting descriptions like 'young sun' and I appreciated the humour of 'Slumlord'. But in fact, description is something you might want to pare back. I felt assaulted by too much information in the second line about the six dollar alarm clock Mara got for her birthday playing Macarena - it's okay to mention the music, and the source of the music, but forcing us to grapple with extra information just stirs up too many questions. (eg "Who's Mara? Wait, who's telling me this? Why did they get this woman a six-dollar alarm clock? Why is her alarm clock in this room? Does this person not care about Mara? Why? Or don't they have much money? Why? What self-respecting radio station plays the Macarena at 5.30 am? What year is this set in? How loud is 'max volume' - more like plain old obnoxious music or more like a jet taking off?" And so on, and so forth.) Anyway, this stuff (apart from the grammar) is completely subjective. Good luck with your dream.

Am I crazy for wanting quads, quints or sextuplets?

It's insane. I have twins and there is a heck of a lot more to it than a few months of night time feeding and diapers. Everything I do is doubled- nursing two babies, trying to console two hysterical infants, two carseats to juggle. Now that they are older, I'm constanly chasing two 18 month olds who are bent on destruction or hurting themselves. I don't really see at time that it's going to get easier. Yes, it's rewarding, but it's hard work. Multiple that by 2 or 3 and hoping for it is insanity.

Is it legal to be turned down for a promotion because "you're too focused on your baby"?

My husband and I are expected our 1st child in just a few months. He was recently encouraged to apply for a promotion at his company and today, he found out he didn't receive the promotion. That didn't necessarily surprise us, but what did surprise us is that his superior told him the reason he didn't get the promotion is that "he's too focused on the baby". Those were his manager's exact words. Is that even legal? My parents have been saving for me to go to college since I was born through the Florida Prepaid College Plan. I do appreciate that they did that for me, but I'm thinking about not going to college in the state of Florida. When you have Florida Prepaid, I know that you have to go to school in Florida to use that money. What I am wondering is, if I don't use the money in Florida Prepaid, what happens to it? Which is more effective in reducing thighs? Exercises,stationary bike or Aerobics?

I want to reduce my thighs desperately. I'm posting different questions after every month relating to reducing thighs. Now,I have one more question. I started doing aerobics in a nearby gym for one month for reducing my thighs. I reduced my tummy,arms,lower legs and everything else but I was unsuccessful in reducing my thighs(upper legs). So,my question is should I continue with aerobics for some more time to see better results OR there are other 2 options that are stationary bike or exercise. I googled before the best ways of reducing thighs and I found an answer that the best 4 exercises to reduce thighs are squats,lunges,lying butt bridge and back kick. All exercises 3-4 sets of 10-15 repititions. So,these 4 exercises are my second option. And,the third option is stationary bike for 35 minutes 4-5 times a week. So,what do you think is the best option out of these three for reducing thighs? If I do second or the third option,I can play badminton also. But playing badminton with the first option is not possible because Aerobics takes a lot of time and I won't have time for playing badminton after doing aerobics. So guys,please please please please please give me your suggestions. I want to reduce at least 4 inches off my thighs till 1st September as there is a school function on 1st September. I've gone to quite a few great nail salons in the Portland metro area that are owned and operated by asians and I normally don't have many complaints but the one complaint I have everytime from each place is that they are too rough and act annoyed when you ask them to be more gentle. Darf Hamster Questions?

I started out with a female I love her to death! I got her on June 3rd in 2009 then I got a male one from Petsmart I really met to get a female...I was wrong when they had babies! They were 2 different breeds and i got 2 different breed because I thought they were both female so it wouldnt matter but they had babies the female was a Campbell ot something like that and the boy was black? Idk what breed..They had 4 babies one was huge! It was the size of the adult ones but not developed...and a medium one and an itty bitty one not even half the size of my index finger. I was freaked out because I knew they were cross breed or that the female was preggers when I got her but i don't think so she had them around Christmas time. The male got extremely aggressive and died last year:...( when they were born I couldn't tell which was male and which was female so I put it will my 1st hamster because it was sweet to the babies and I think the black one was aggressive to them but then the big baby hamster disappeared which crushed my heart because I knew it died D......: then the 2 babies were extremely territorial and then the dad died and then one of the babies died and another hamster died but idk which one?...all I know is I only have 1 hamster left and if it's the mom then it has changed ALOT with aittude which I couldvhave understood with the babies fighting and the dad being mean but with aprearance too it was REALLY fat but it could have been because it was preggers it most likely was because the babies only look like one breed and probly explains why the dad probly was a dad and just was like jealous because he always tried to make"moves" on the mom but she always got away but idk which one I have the mom or the baby? They both looked alike and how can I tell what sex it is? how can I get it used to me so I will let me look? Should I get a female if the 1 one I have is a female becaus it will work together good? How do you fix limited connection issue?

I have a router and it works fine when my internet is hooked up to it. Well not necessarily fine my internet has been giving me problems, however its connected; there is no "limited connection" issue. Now that i want to check if its the modem or router i hook up the computer directly to the modem and it says limited internet connection. how do i fix this to check? and will i have the problem switching back to the router?
