Your honest opinion: is my weight okay as it is, or would I do better to lose some?
Been worrying about this for a while now. I am 5'4 and my weight is currently fluctuating between 125 and 130. I'm a size 6. I am fairly muscular from working out, and I am in good shape, but there is still a little extra fat in certain places (thighs mostly) and I don't think I look very good, especially compared to the other girls my age who are ~100 pounds and wear itty-bitty tank tops and short shorts. The thing is, I don't know if my perception of my body is accurate or not. People tell me that I'm slim and don't need to lose weight, but I think I'd look much better if I did. (Confession: I also want to look a little bit more like a swimsuit model, because my boyfriend likes that look. lol.) I want to feel tiny and feminine, like 110 pounds. Whatcha think?
