Which is more effective in reducing thighs? Exercises,stationary bike or Aerobics?

I want to reduce my thighs desperately. I'm posting different questions after every month relating to reducing thighs. Now,I have one more question. I started doing aerobics in a nearby gym for one month for reducing my thighs. I reduced my tummy,arms,lower legs and everything else but I was unsuccessful in reducing my thighs(upper legs). So,my question is should I continue with aerobics for some more time to see better results OR there are other 2 options that are stationary bike or exercise. I googled before the best ways of reducing thighs and I found an answer that the best 4 exercises to reduce thighs are squats,lunges,lying butt bridge and back kick. All exercises 3-4 sets of 10-15 repititions. So,these 4 exercises are my second option. And,the third option is stationary bike for 35 minutes 4-5 times a week. So,what do you think is the best option out of these three for reducing thighs? If I do second or the third option,I can play badminton also. But playing badminton with the first option is not possible because Aerobics takes a lot of time and I won't have time for playing badminton after doing aerobics. So guys,please please please please please give me your suggestions. I want to reduce at least 4 inches off my thighs till 1st September as there is a school function on 1st September. So please help me out.I desperately want to reduce thighs. And I also want at least some attention from guys so I really want to reduce 4 inches off my thighs. It's not like i have very fat thighs like thunder thighs but still,you can say I have healthy thighs. So PLEASE answer to my question.
