If I don't go to college in state, will my parents lose the money they paid to Florida Prepaid?

My parents have been saving for me to go to college since I was born through the Florida Prepaid College Plan. I do appreciate that they did that for me, but I'm thinking about not going to college in the state of Florida. When you have Florida Prepaid, I know that you have to go to school in Florida to use that money. What I am wondering is, if I don't use the money in Florida Prepaid, what happens to it? Will my parents lose it? Can they move it down to my younger brother who doesn't have a college fund yet? I've tried looking it up online, but I was unsuccessful in my research. If anyone knows anything about the Florida Prepaid College Plan, please try and help me. Thank you for your time.
