I have no boobs :O help!?

i am 14, and i have almost no boobs. (size 34A.) i'm not completely flat chested, but i'm close to being flat. i've already had my period, and i've already grown alot, and i don't want to live with itty bitty tittys! (lol) and i definately DO NOT wanna get a boob job when i grow up. thats just gross and weird. i feel like i'm pretty attractive/avarage looking otherwise, but this is my main insecurity. i get teased about it by my friends sometimes. so... is there anything i can do about this? (also i'm a swimmer and its sooooo embarrassing when i wear a tight speedo type swimsuit and i look so freakin flat chested! *_* any way to make this so much less embarrassing??
