How do i tell my husband we have been unsuccessful again this month ttc?

this is the only the second month of trying but i dont know how to tell my husband its not been sucsessful, can any one help? what did you tell your husband/partner? the 1st month i passed it off in a joke about whar we were talking about but cant do that every month.
