Where can I find a nice Nail salon that is american owned and operated in Portland, OR?

I've gone to quite a few great nail salons in the Portland metro area that are owned and operated by asians and I normally don't have many complaints but the one complaint I have everytime from each place is that they are too rough and act annoyed when you ask them to be more gentle. Don't get me wrong, I'm not at all racist, I just wanna make sure I'm taking my neices to a place that wont hurt their itty bitty hands. I've only ever found ONE salon that was american owned and operated and they were amazing! Unfortunatly, they sold to asians who I gave a chance but they were too rough and now I'm left searching for a new nail salon that is American owned and operated. Does anyone know where I can find one in or around Portland, OR?
