I accidentally uninstalled my Radeon HD 4xxx driver, how do I reinstall it?

I uninstalled my video card driver and it changed my resolution and when I tried to install the latest driver for windows 7 64bit it didnt do anything. And now when I go to device manager it says "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". I also tried system restore at several restore points and it said it was unsuccessful and said it was probably anti-virus software, so i disabled panda anti-virus and spybot S&D the only such programs on my computer and it still didnt work. I have tried using the Catalyst Install Manager and it just does not change from Standard VGA Graphics Driver back to Radeon HD 4xxx ( I dont remember what it was, I thought it was 4250) and my screen resolution is messed up still. Also I cannot run programs I usually do. Thanks for your help.
