How do you get rid of premature lines?

I wouldn't necessarily call them wrinkles and they're not exactly under my eye. Its around my eye as if almost i would've gotten hit in the face with my glasses on. And no its not a complete circle around my eye -.-. I've used clinque repairwear and aveeno lifting & firming and i'm not seeing ANY changes. I want to know if its possible to get rid of? This is something i've ALWAYS had. I didn't get it over night.
