How to remove protected item from nokia 5530(ovi) ?

so last 2 month i download snaptu and 1 game. Now both are protected and i cant even use these apps anymore. I have tried soft reset on my phone. But there is no different after that. I tried removing these app but were unsuccessful. Due to the protected logo. Someone help thanks
