Is there an easy way to get a refrigerator onto a truck?

i am moving tomorrow and have rented a truck with a ramp. I tried to find a rental truck with a lift gate, but was unsuccessful. A friend is helping me and he said it'll be just about impossible to get the refrigerator up the ramp and onto the truck. We will have a refrigerator dolly with a strap. The refrigerator is not huge - it has a singler door with a small freezer about it. How many guys will it take to get it onto the truck without anyone getting hurt. What is the easiest way to do this. Thanks.
