How to lose weight, against all odds?

Okay dude, I got an idea for you. Start slow, sense you can't do that much at first. You really need to follow me on this, start by eating healthy foods such as fruit, whole grain breads and lean protein like chicken and tuna. And start running at slow speeds like 50% of your top speed and take breaks when you must. Have a good running session first thing in the morning before breakfast that way you burn fat quickly. Then have two more running sessions at noon after lunch and in the evening after diner. Eat 3 sold HEALTHY means a day never snack and when you have the munchies drink water till you feel bloated. And yes drink water like there's no tomorrow. When you've lost 20lbs amp up the intensity on running. And one last time get a membership at your local gym and talk to a trainer they will hook you up with some good workout plans. And try weight training it boosts you metabolism.
